For almost 20 YEARS, Jon Tester has been saying one thing and doing another.
He promised he would not offer amnesty, but then he voted for amnesty for 11 million illegals.
It gets worse!
Tester also voted for HIGHER taxes on Social Security benefits for more than 65,000 Montana seniors.
And he backed legislation that could raise Medicare prescription drug premiums by more than 50%.
